Merchant Assessment Officer (12 months contract)

Position Summary

The AML Team is part of the Customer Service and Operations division in NETS. This team is responsible for conducting AML/KYC screening on all new & existing merchants.
The Officer will be responsible for ensuring data consistency among the various systems as part of AML/KYC requirement. He/She will be reporting to AML Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform review on name screening hits
• AML function/ KYC updates
• Data analysis and alignment among the various systems.
• Conduct investigation and follow-up closely with relevant stakeholders, if required.
• Handle other function(s) as and when required 

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, GCE A level and/or GCE O level with experience
• Proficient in or has experience in KYC/ AML function
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively as a team player
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to read Chinese characters would be an added advantage
