The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with a retailer, and we are hiring a Merchandising / Sourcing Coordinator to join the business. The successful candidate will be handling administrative tasks, coordinating samples, managing purchase orders, and ensuring accurate data entry into company systems. The position also involves close collaboration with vendors and internal teams to ensure sourcing processes run smoothly.
- Full-time, permanent opportunity
- Work location: Central region
- Work hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm
The Job:
- Manage data entry and maintenance in the company's IT systems
- Assist with purchase order (P/O) processing and order follow-up
- Coordinate product samples for review and approval
- Support the team in guiding vendors on company requirements, while maintaining close communication with internal teams and external partners
The Talent:
- 1 year of experience in an order processing role/retail environment is advantageous
- Open-minded, eager to learn, self-motivated, and a strong team player
- Able to identify issues, escalate them to the manager, and collaborate on solutions while adapting and growing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) intermediate knowledge of Excel functions, such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP is a plus
