About the Role

The Merchandising Planning Demand Department plays the key role in the overall Product Planning process for Uniqlo Singapore in line with our LIFEWEAR philosophy to provide the best of what UNIQLO can offer to our customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage performance of the UT graphic T shirt business versus target and pro-actively update sales review and action plan to ensure achievement of business results
- Research on upcoming UT graphic T shirt potential in local market, and review consumers wish list result to reflect in planning and ordering
- Facilitate communications across the company (locally and with global headquarters) to ensure alignments and execution of business plans
- Manage and order inventory to prevent stockout in timely manner
- Issue POs, monitor production and delivery schedule from factory to local warehouse
- Facilitate sell through for item via appropriate pricing strategy
Requirements:
- At least 1 years relevant experience (merchandising, buying) within Apparel/fashion space
- Passion for Apparel (good to have interest in graphic T shirt); up to date with the latest trends in Singapore
- Strong financial and commercial awareness, with high analytical skills
- Ability to communicate with key stakeholders and influence at all levels of seniority
- Critical thinking skills (data driven) and committed to providing solutions
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude; able to meet deadlines with self-initiative
