Position
The Merchandising Intern contributes to company success through supporting the Merchandising Team that manages the different categories
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Support Merchandising team in all merchandising coordination
- Preparing product training materials and market research analysis
- To prepare various sales analysis for the team
- Manage daily sales, shipment follow up, stock allocation & consolidation when required
- Coordinate the merchandise dispatch and allocation for each boutique
- Track, monitor and supervise delivery schedule and physical inventory
- MTO follow ups across the regions
- Update and maintain product category reports, e.g. tracking of all internal and external stock transfer
- Collaboration with Visual Merchandising, CRM and Marketing departments
- Other adhoc projects as assigned by Merchandising Team

- Excellent project planning, organization skill, able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Creative, resourceful, and strong analytical skills
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Pro-active and dependable team player
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficient in MS office especially MS excel and Power Point
