The part you will play

We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Merchandising Hub Lead to oversee and scale our e-commerce merchandising operations across multiple brands and platforms. This role goes beyond execution, you will define merchandising direction to deliver a best-in-class online shopping experience, elevate standards, and drive measurable commercial impact. As the Hub Lead, you will manage a team of Merchandising Associates, ensuring consistency, operational excellence, and innovation across all storefronts, campaigns, and AI-powered livestream initiatives. You will partner closely with the Head of Merchandising & Content and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable merchandising frameworks that increase traffic, engagement, and conversions. If you are both commercially sharp and creatively strong, and thrive in building systems, mentoring teams, and owning performance this role is for you.

As a Merchandising Hub Lead, you will take charge of:

Lead & Scale the Merchandising Hub

  • Manage and mentor a team of E-commerce Merchandising Associates, setting clear KPIs and performance standards
  • Establish best practices, playbooks, and quality benchmarks across platforms
  • Drive capability building through structured coaching, case reviews, and process refinement
  • Ensure consistent output quality across brands and campaigns

Own Merchandising Strategy & Performance

  • Develop platform and category specific merchandising strategies across Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, and other platforms
  • Translate campaign objectives into structured store strategies (SIS wireframing, PDP optimizations)
  • Align merchandising calendars with commercial priorities and promotional mechanics
  • Drive optimization initiatives and improve overall engagement performance metrics (CTR, Bounce Rate)

Data-Led Optimization & Competitive Benchmarking

  • Establish reporting frameworks and dashboards to track traffic and engagement performance
  • Lead regular competitive benchmarking to identify gaps and opportunity areas
  • Identify platform and category trends and promotional patterns that impact performance

Operational Excellence & Workflow Optimization

  • Reduce manual processes by streamlining workflows, standardizing templates and utilizing AI tools into team processes to enhance productivity and performance
  • Improve cross-functional collaboration with Creative, Commercial, and Social Commerce teams
  • Ensure flawless execution of campaigns, revamps and brand onboarding
