- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional and multicultural environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing or a related discipline.

- Work at the intersection of data and retail: Use commercial data and consumer insights to influence assortment, inventory and product decisions.
- Own real business outcomes: This is not a reporting-only role. You will be closely involved in getting products to market and tracking how they perform.
- Work with a high-growth global business: Be part of Lenskart's international expansion and contribute to building the merchandising engine behind a growing global eyewear business.
- Grow with the business: Get broad exposure across buying, merchandising, supply chain and retail, while working closely with experienced regional and functional leaders.
Who Will Thrive Here
We're looking for someone who is curious, analytical and highly execution-oriented. Someone who enjoys working with data but is equally comfortable chasing a dependency, solving a launch issue or coordinating with multiple stakeholders to get things done.
If you enjoy taking ownership, working at pace and want exposure to a regional retail business that is scaling across markets, we'd love to hear from you.
