Merchandiser (West, 2-3 yr Exp, FMCG / Household Products)

Salary Package: Basic + $500 (Transport Allowance) + AWS + VB
Location: West

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with retailers and store staff

• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, well-presented, and compliant with merchandising standards

• Monitor stock levels, displays, pricing, and competitor activities, and report insights to the Sales team

• Replenish stocks and maintain neat, attractive product displays

• Negotiate for better shelf visibility, additional space, and promotional placements

• Execute in-store promotions and ensure timely setup of POSM

• Prevent out-of-stock situations and maintain good stock hygiene

• Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional execution

• Comply with workplace safety and security standards

• Support ad-hoc tasks as required

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience in the FMCG retail industry or Household Products
• Experience handling supermarkets and retail outlets
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Preferred to have own transport.
