Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

a) Responsible for all season products development and managed price negotiations and involving 4 seasons costing and follow up with the orders placed.

b) Worked independently with Marketing and Factory teams for process excellence to ensure the conformance and compliance of specifications with detailed understanding of USA / Europe buyers expectations and standards.

c) Conducted line review meetings prior to making of meeting or development samples.

d) Worked closely with mills to ensure fabrics price is on-target and ensure fabrics and trims booked and delivered on time.

e) Responsible for new product development like fabrics trims trends

f) Developed of new print and embroidery with printer and embroidery suppliers and ensured strike-off submission on time / on target.

g) Involved in troubleshooting on a day-to-day basis for orders placed/sampling/fabrication/deliveries.

h) Worked closely with maker room and technical department and teams on all construction/fitting and consumption issues.

i) You will be required to travel to both Cambodia and China to follow up and coordinate the orders.
