Job Description
- Visit assigned supermarkets and retail outlets according to the daily route schedule.
- Ensure products are fully stocked and displayed according to approved planograms.
- Replenish shelves from backroom inventory based on First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method and maintain attractive, clean, and organized shelf displays.
- Monitor expiry dates and remove expired / damaged products.
- Ensure correct pricing and promotional labels are displayed.
- Monitor stock levels and recommend replenishment to store personnel to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Recommend additional display opportunities and secondary placements to increase shelf visibility and sales.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, shelf placement, promotions, and new product launches.
- Report market observations and customer feedback to management.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with store managers, department supervisors, and receiving personnel.
- Upload photographs showing shelf conditions before and after merchandising.
- Record competitor activities and promotional campaigns.
- Install promotional displays, wobblers, shelf talkers, and point-of-sale materials as and when required.
- Assist with new product launches and seasonal promotions as and when required.
