Our client is a MNC company in the Construction industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a MEP Technical Assistant Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East- easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Translate HOD policies and strategic directions into actionable execution plans.
- Oversee the implementation of these plans and contribute to achieving organizational objectives.
- Collaborate across departments to anticipate and resolve construction-phase challenges early, conducting thorough risk assessments.
- Lead the introduction and application of advanced construction methods, foster productivity improvements, support site operations, and implement root-cause analyses with preventive measures for recurring issues.
- Encourage construction front-loading by integrating productivity optimization methods into design documentation.
- Champion the adoption of innovative technologies for productivity enhancement across projects.
- Mentor and guide partner companies to strengthen technical competencies and align them with the company's operational philosophy.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil/ Structural/Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years M&E experience
