MEP Supervisor - ELV

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee Extra Low Voltage (ELV) construction and installation activities.
• Coordinate and supervise systems including Fire Alarm, VESDA (Very Early Warning Smoke Detection), Public Address (PA), CCTV, Access Control (ACS), Structured Cabling System (SCS), and Intercom/Paging systems.
• Review ELV drawings, network topologies, wiring diagrams, specifications, and method statements.
• Supervise cable containment, structured cabling installation, termination, labeling, and field device/panel mounting.
• Coordinate system integration, point-to-point verification, loop testing, functional testing, and commissioning.
• Coordinate ELV works with other MEP, architectural, and process control systems.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower, workmanship, and construction progress.
• Identify and resolve site coordination, installation, and interface issues.
• Support documentation, test reports, as-built records, and final system handover.

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant ELV/MEP/EPC construction experience.
• Certified in MOM-accredited safety courses (e.g., BCSS / SSSC) possession of CSCPM or manufacturer ELV/cabling certifications will be an added advantage.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to interact effectively with engineering consultants and site teams.
• Proven ability to oversee ELV containment, cabling, and device installation activities.
• Experience supervising ELV subcontractors and technical personnel.
• Able to read ELV layout drawings, schematics, and connection diagrams.
• Experience in semiconductor, data center, or industrial high-tech projects will be an advantage.
• Good communication and site coordination skills.
