MEP Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

• Handle tender works
• Prepare RFQs and forward them to relevant subcontractors, suppliers, and agents
• Prepare BOMs, analysis reports, and comparative statements
• Coordinate with Architectural, Civil, and Structural teams for MEP VO evaluation and submission
• Evaluate VOs claimed by MEP subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare and submit MEP monthly claims to the client
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best offers
• Explore additional MEP resources for materials, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Handle ad-hoc matters as assigned by the Commercial Manager necessary for the execution of the project

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in QA/QC, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years QA/QC experience in the local construction industry
• In-depth knowledge of quality management principles and experience with implementing QMS
• Proficiency in construction management software and QA/QC documentation tools
• Experience in MEP building construction works
• BCA CONQUAS/Quality Mark certification is a mandatory
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-pace environment
