MEP QS

We are seeking for an MEP QS who will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, tendering, procurement, contract administration,and cost control related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within construction projects.

This candidate shall be required to perform the following responsibilities: -

Roles & Responsibilities

• To source for quotations, price comparison and costing summary
• To prepare project costing
• To prepare documents for tender and contract &
• To liaise with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Clients and suppliers/vendors for project cost issues.

Qualifications: -

1) Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related field,

2) 1 - 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm or Construction Firm.

3) Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.

4) Excellent skills with relevant cost estimation software, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

5) Executive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.

6) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
