Project Leadership - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of MEP construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.
Stakeholder Coordination - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including design consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
Procurement & Scheduling - Manage procurement strategies, construction sequencing, and risk mitigation plans.
Site Oversight - Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Team Management - Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.
Reporting & Documentation - Prepare and present regular project reports, progress updates, and issue resolutions to senior management and clients.
Contract & Change Management - Ensure all project documentation, contracts, and change orders are properly managed and executed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in MEP construction.
Proven ability to manage large-scale, technically complex projects across multiple phases and geographies.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, cleanroom environments, and mission-critical infrastructure.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to lead meetings and produce professional documentation.
