MEP Design Manager

About the role

strategically lead and mentor the design team, overseeing the delivery of all cleanroom, process utility, and HVAC system projects. Your primary responsibility is ensuring high-quality design outputs and upholding technical standards while strictly adhering to project timelines and budgets

about the job

• lead a team of M&E engineers and designers for cleanroom HVAC, process piping, and utility systems.
• attend meetings to define project scope, requirements, and constraints.
• plan staffing and allocate resources across multiple projects.
• provide technical guidance and review designs for compliance and accuracy.
• ensure all deliverables meet codes, standards, and client specifications.
• manage schedules, budgets, and client coordination to achieve timely, cost-effective results.

knowledge and skills

• bachelor's degree in M&E engineering with design and leadership experience
• expertise in HVAC and process utility systems for controlled environments
• strong knowledge of codes and standards
• proficient in 3D modeling tools such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
