MEP BIM MODELLER

Total Process Systems (TPS) is a Singapore-based EPC/EPCM firm specializing in semiconductor facility and cleanroom projects. We deliver integrated design, BIM modelling, and construction management solutions across mechanical, electrical, process, and cleanroom engineering.

Position: MEP BIM Modeller

Responsibilities

. Prepare and maintain BIM models for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) services.

. Coordinate with project teams for clash detection and design integration.

. Generate shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material take-offs from BIM models.

. Work closely with engineers and site teams to reflect project updates in BIM models.

. Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and documentation are consistently followed.

Requirements

. Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

. 1-2 years of BIM modelling experience (MEP or construction industry preferred).

. Knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit or similar BIM software.

. Strong interest in developing advanced skills in BIM modelling and cleanroom/semiconductor projects.

. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
