Job Description
- Respond professionally to incoming queries on mental health
- Assess clients needs and make appropriate arrangements and recommendations (e.g. fixing of appointment for emotional support)
- Provide clients with information on relevant intervention and support, and liaise with other agencies, as required
- Play an advocacy role for misconceptions in mental health (e.g. organizing events)
- Identify and escalate emergency and crisis situations to supervisor and assist in the coordination and conduct of crisis resolution
- Prepare, update and document all records and reports accurately, coherently, promptly and thoroughly according to organizational procedures to ensure compliance, and ease of review and retrieval
- Complete assigned tasks and necessary reports on time
- Other administrative support or ad hoc duties as required by the organization
Requirement
- Basic computer skills literacy (MS Office - Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word)
- Diploma in relevant field (e.g. social work, psychology, counselling)
- Able to read & write emails and work independently
