Lead the establishment and preparation of the company's legal entity in the Middle East, including but not limited to legal compliance, registration and approval processes, office setup, and initial team formation.
Drive market expansion and business development in the Middle East, formulate and execute regional strategies to achieve performance targets, and coordinate resources and communication between headquarters and the regional team.
Maintain and deepen relationships with key clients (including large-scale accounts) in the Middle East, enhance customer satisfaction and business retention, and promote project implementation and ongoing collaboration.
Regularly report on business progress in the Middle East to senior management, including operational data, market trends, risk and opportunity analysis, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
Master's degree or above, with relevant business development or management experience in the Middle East market.
Familiar with the Middle Eastern business environment, legal regulations, and cultural practices preference will be given to candidates with local networks and resources.
Strong commercial negotiation, client relationship management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
Willingness to travel frequently or be based in the Middle East as needed, with strong resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
