Introduction
This role sits at the heart of Trip.com's membership ecosystem, driving deep partnerships with global partners to expand member benefits coverage and use-case coverage, and delivering a continuously elevated membership experience and value.
In this Role, you'll get to
- Partnership Strategy & Development: Identify and structure partnership opportunities with global hotel groups, airlines, theme parks & entertainment IPs, and cross-industry brands. Partnership models include but are not limited to membership recognition, benefits exchange, and co-marketing. Build compelling value propositions that drive mutual growth.
- End-to-End Project Delivery: Own the full lifecycle from commercial negotiation through execution and go-live. Hold user experience as the delivery standard and mobilize cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Performance Management & Relationship Development: Own outcomes on both sides — business growth for partners, and on-site performance and membership experience improvement internally. Use data to evaluate partnership value and develop long-term scalable relationships.
- Playbook Development & Enablement: Turn partnership learnings into replicable methodologies that enable BD teams to expand the partner network.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- 8+ years in the travel industry; hotel group, airline, or OTA background preferred; membership partnership experience preferred.
- Proven track record of independently leading end-to-end partnerships with global brands; able to design partnership structures and drive win-win outcomes.
- Strong project delivery capability with experience taking complex cross-border projects from 0 to 1.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Data-driven and user-centric.
- English as primary working language.
