The RoleWe are seeking a charismatic and sophisticated Membership Marketing & Events Executive to become the heartbeat of our Luxury Private Club. In this unique role, you will bridge the gap between brand strategy and member experience. Operating during our prime social hours, you will not only market the club's lifestyle but live it-curating exclusive events and acting as the consummate host for our High Net Worth (HNW) members.

Key Responsibilities

• Luxury Marketing & Brand Desirability:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that reinforce the club's exclusivity and prestige.

  • Create compelling content and collateral for luxury lifestyle promotions and member acquisition.

  • Manage digital presence and member communications to drive engagement.

• Event Conceptualization & Hosting:

  • Design, plan, and execute a calendar of bespoke events (e.g., whisky tastings, watch appreciation nights, networking mixers, and private dinners).

  • Oversee event setup and logistics to ensure flawless execution.

• Member Relations & Hosting:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and Face of the Club during evening operations.

  • Facilitate introductions between members, fostering a vibrant networking ecosystem.

  • Ensure every member and guest receives impeccable, personalized service.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience: Background in Luxury Hospitality, Premium Concierge, Event Management, or High-End Retail.

• The Host Factor: You possess natural charm, poise, and the ability to converse effortlessly with HNWIs and C-suite executives.

• Schedule: You thrive in the evenings. You are available Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM (Weekends off).

• Skills: Strong social media savvy, event planning capabilities, and refined communication skills.
