About the role:

As a Membership Executive at Evolve MMA, your role is to create and nurture long-term relationships with members as well as to achieve member acquisition and financial growth targets. As your role involves a lot of communication, you will be able to positively impact people&aposs lives.

You will also enjoy the highest uncapped commission structure in the industry in addition to a basic salary. As the top premier martial arts gym in Asia, you will be offered career development to management level positions through high levels of performance.

Sales Incentives and Bonuses:

• Basic Salary ranges from $3,000, up to $4,000
• High commission structure, earning up to $15,000 per month in fixed salary
• Additional bonus of $1,000 upon breaking sales records
• Additional $500 per month upon hitting minimum average presentation target
• Additional $500 per month upon hitting closing rate

Role:

• Utilise strong selling skills and understand customer needs
• Expand the membership base of the company by bringing on new clients
• Identify potential customers and set strategies to align customers with our recommendations
• Confidently communicate membership services and programs to prospects
• Collaborate with your team and other colleagues to enhance the member experience
• Receive regular sales training and career development

Requirements:

• Possess either a diploma or degree in Business Management, with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience
• Personal interest in health and fitness and/or martial arts is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Comfortable working weekends on a 5-day work week
