Role
To support WWF Singapore's Member Experience team in outbound and inbound calling, retention and rejection management, and member engagement initiatives during manpower gaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound calling for Retention, and Engagement campaigns
- Handling inbound member enquiries and documenting cases in CRM
- Supporting Member Orientation and engagement-related calling
- Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with PDPA and WWF policies
- Supporting ad-hoc MX initiatives as required
- Supporting Tele Reactivation initiative
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling
- Prior experience in donor/member engagement preferred
- Able to handle confidential data responsibly
