Medical Technologist (Histopathology)

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring all maintenance records and documentation are accurate and up to date
• Support the Section Leader in preparing for inspections by licensing, regulatory, and accreditation bodies
• Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives
• Assist in the co-supervision and training of laboratory staff
• Support the coordination and delivery of continuing education activities for team members
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Section Leader or Head of Service

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Life Sciences or its equivalent
• Experience in histology techniques preferred for specialised histopathology benches e.g. sectioning, frozen section, grossing, special stains
