Medical Social Worker

Job Scope:

• Making social visit and provide counselling to patients and their family

• Assess financial and psycho-social status of patients and determine appropriate patient care plans

• Coordinate and liaise with government party, healthcare professionals and other social service organizations

• Participate in the implementation of support programs and improvement projects for the Medical Social Service Department

• Maintain patient's record and documentation

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Social Work

• Experienced candidate may be considered for Senior position
