We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Business Development Executive to grow our portfolio of oral supplements and medical devices within the healthcare market. This role is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering value through product knowledge, and driving measurable business results.
You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, supporting clinicians with the right solutions, and contributing directly to the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets for oral supplements and medical devices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopaedic specialists, healthcare professionals, and key accounts.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clearly communicate product features, benefits, and clinical value.
- Educate clients on product usage, best practices, and safety information.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and market research.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, timely delivery, and resolution of customer inquiries or issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical or healthcare sales, preferably within orthopaedics.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
