Job description
As a Medical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our product portfolio of pharmaceutical drugs and/or health supplements to healthcare professionals, pharmacies and clinics whilst ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, customer-focused and will have a passion for healthcare and sales, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
. Sales and business development: Drive business growth by identifying and targeting potential clients (pharmacies, clinics and healthcare providers). Achieve and exceed sales targets, provide regular updates and reports to management team on progress
. Product promotion: Present and promote our portfolio of prescription drugs and health supplements to healthcare professionals, ensuring they understand the benefits and value of our products
. Relationship building and customer support: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients, including doctors, pharmacists and healthcare partners while delivering exceptional service. Offer on-going support and follow-up to ensure customer growth and retention
. Market intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, industry activities and customer needs to effectively position and maximize our products in the market
. Stakeholder collaboration for business growth: Plan, organize and execute events and manage partnerships to drive business growth and enhance market positioning
. Cross-functional teamwork for business growth: Collaborate with marketing, regulatory and product teams to ensure alignment of product messaging and campaigns
Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
. At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry including product knowledge and sales strategies
. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
. Excellent communication (both written and verbal) as well as interpersonal skills, capable of engaging different stakeholders with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
. Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule and stay motivated to achieve targets
