Job Summary
You will drive sales growth and foster strong partnerships with healthcare professionals by promoting customized pharmaceutical solutions including BHRT, dermatology, pain management, and veterinary formulations within our compounding pharmacy team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with doctors, clinics, and hospitals to expand market presence
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure sustained sales growth
- Deliver educational presentations to healthcare professionals on personalized compounding solutions to enhance product adoption
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to overall business objectives
- Monitor, document, and report sales activities and market feedback to inform strategic decisions
- Adhere strictly to pharmaceutical sales regulations to maintain compliance and ethical standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year's sales experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors experience in compounding pharmacy is advantageous
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills demonstrated through client engagement and sales success
- Proven ability to work independently with a self-driven and target-oriented approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities that support client relationship management and sales challenges
