Our client is seeking an experienced Medical Product Specialist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting a portfolio of medical products to clinics and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and develop new clinic accounts across assigned territory
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clinic customers to increase product usage and loyalty
- Conduct regular clinic visits to promote products and provide sales support
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as defined by management
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and new product launches
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- 2-6 years of sales experience, preferably in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with clinic stakeholders
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
