Medical Laboratory Technologist (Molecular Pathology), Histopathology

KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH) is an 830-bed tertiary-level care hospital that provides obstetrics, gynaecology, neonatology and paediatric healthcare services. You will be part of the Molecular Pathology team, providing scientific and technical input to the operation, management and development of tests in the Molecular Pathology Laboratory in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medical, KKH.

The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medical at KKH strives to achieve the highest standards in providing clinical services to a wide range of patients.

Job Requirements:

• PhD in Biomedical Sciences, MSc or BSc with relevant experience will be considered,

• Previous work experience in a molecular diagnostic laboratory handling PCR based oncological test development, analysis & interpretations is beneficial.

• Experience with laboratory accreditation requirement & quality assurance programmes are beneficial

• You must be scientifically vigorous, eager to learn and willing to work in a fast-paced, clinical environment

• Creative and collaborative with leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
