Medical Imaging Specialist (AI Annotation)

Experience & Skills

• Degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging, Radiologic Technology, or related healthcare field.
• At least 2 years experience in medical image annotation for AI/ML datasets.
• Experience working with cardiac CT imaging in a clinical or diagnostic setting.
• Ability to read and interpret CT scans accurately.
• Familiarity with anatomy and radiological findings relevant to CT imaging.
• High attention to detail and commitment to annotation accuracy and consistency.
• Comfortable working with medical imaging software or annotation tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams.
• Experience using DICOM viewers or radiology software (e.g., 3D Slicer, RadiAnt, OsiriX).
• Knowledge of medical AI workflows or data labelling processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse CT scan images to identify anatomical structures and relevant pathological findings.
• Perform precise medical image annotations according to internal annotation guidelines.
• Ensure high accuracy and consistency in labelling imaging datasets used for AI model training.
• Conduct quality checks and revisions of existing annotations to correct inaccuracies.
• Collaborate with the AI/ML team to refine annotation guidelines and improve dataset quality.
• Assist in identifying model errors by comparing AI predictions with ground truth annotations.
• Maintain proper documentation of annotation protocols and findings.
• Provide clinical insight to improve imaging interpretation and labelling standards.
