.FULL-TIME SENIOR CLINIC ASSISTANT/CLINIC SUPERVISOR for GP clinic.

Salary:

$2800 - $3500 (inclusive of incentives)

13 month (AWS)

Someone who is:

- Proactive, keen to learn

- Excellent patient service

- Team player with a positive attitude

- Calm under pressure (busy clinic)

- Strong multitasking and communication skills

Job Scope:

- Register patients and dispense medications

- Settle payment

- Submit claims

- Assist with routine medical procedures, e.g. ECG, swab test, nebulizer etc

- Organize and maintain inventory

- Manage patient records, schedule appointments, handle correspondence, etc

Working hours

Job Types: Full-time

Mornings: Monday to Friday & Sunday (Saturday off, negotiable)

Nights: 3 weekday nights / week

Operating Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8am - 1pm, 6-9.30pm

Saturday & Sundays: 8am - 12.30pm
