GUARANTEED WEEKLY ASSIGNMENT.

ATTENTION TO ALL ESCORTS FROM THE EAST, NORTH & SOUTH REGION.

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Patient Medical Escorts to join our team. In this freelance role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the well-being and comfort of patients during their medical appointments, procedures, or transfers. You will provide basic medical care, monitor patient conditions, and ensure a safe and supportive environment-just as you would when accompanying your loved ones to a medical appointment. If you are CPR and AED certified, have experience in caregiving, and possess a strong sense of empathy, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Accompaniment:

  • Accompany patients to medical appointments, procedures, or during transfers, ensuring constant and close supervision.

Medical Assistance:

  • Provide basic medical care and assistance during transportation, responding to patients needs promptly.

Patient Monitoring:

  • Continuously monitor the patient's condition and be prepared to respond to any medical needs that may arise during transit.

Patient Comfort & Safety:

  • Ensure the comfort and safety of patients throughout their journey, making necessary adjustments to care as needed.

Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and patients families, relaying important information about the patient's condition.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, medical procedures, and any incidents that occur during transportation.

Equipment Management:

  • Handle medical equipment and supplies responsibly, ensuring they are in proper working order and used correctly.

Empathy & Understanding:

  • Show empathy and understanding towards patients, addressing their concerns with compassion and patience.

Requirements:

  • Must be minimally CPR and AED certified.
  • Prior experience in caregiving or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly in different situations.
  • A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
