Job Description

Position Overview
The Medical Education & Training Manager (APAC) leads the strategy, development, and implementation of medical education and sales training initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. This role ensures alignment with business goals, manages KOL engagement, and supports healthcare professional (HCP), sales, and distributor training.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Training:Develop and deliver training programs to enhance product knowledge, clinical understanding, and market awareness. Support new product launches and collaborate cross-functionally to create tailored content.
- Case Support: Provide clinical and technical support on Penumbra products, including in-procedure guidance and post-operative discussions.
- Medical Education: Design and implement professional education strategies and programs for HCPs, aligning them with product launches and business objectives.
- HCP Engagement:Identify, recruit, and collaborate with speakers and trainers for educational and advocacy initiatives. Facilitate speaker programs and events.
- Performance Metrics: Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness and report outcomes to APAC leadership.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree required MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in marketing, medical education, or sales training (preferably in the medical device industry).
- Skills: Strong project management, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Working Conditions
- Office-based role with up to 50% international travel.
- Exposure to clinical environments and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs).
