Medical Device Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities:
. Perform preventive maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of medical equipment including sterilizers related systems in healthcare facilities.
. Plan and manage workload effectively to meet service turnaround targets within established timelines.
. Maintain accurate service records and equipment histories, ensuring timely updates to the system for real-time tracking.
. Support quotation preparation and follow-up activities, ensuring timely approvals and order processing.
. Adhere to ISO procedures, safety guidelines, and risk management processes during all service activities.
. Participate actively in technical and product training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing feedback and best practices.

Requirements:
. Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline
. At least 2 years of relevant experience
. Strong technical knowledge in both engineering and IT applications
. Possess own transport and willing to travel locally or overseas as required
. Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
. Customer-focused, reliable, and able to perform effectively under time constraints
