Medical Clinician (Emergency Dispatch)

Responsibilities

• Assess emergency medical calls and provide telephone triage and medical advice using approved protocols.
• Support complex medical calls and provide pre-arrival instructions.
• Use video communication systems to support patient assessment.
• Review call recordings, conduct case audits and maintain accurate records.
• Support medical training and improvements to clinical protocols.
  

Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma or higher, Higher NITEC in Paramedicine & Emergency Care, or International Baccalaureate.
• Either at least 2 years nursing experience in an emergency medical setting with existing Singapore Nursing Board registration, or Level 3 Paramedic certification with emergency medical experience.
• Good communication and computer skills able to make timely clinical decisions.
