Job Responsibilities

A Private Medical Clinic Assistant in Singapore is responsible for a variety of administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reception and Front-Desk Duties:
    • Greeting and welcoming patients.
    • Registering patients and updating their personal information.
    • Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar.
    • Answering phone calls and responding to emails.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Managing patient files and records.
  • Ordering and maintaining medical supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinating with other healthcare providers and specialists as needed.

Qualifications Needed

Educational Requirements:

  • Completion of the Singapore-Cambridge General Certification of Education at the Ordinary Level (O-Level).
  • Higher NITEC in business Administration

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is often preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin. Conversing in Malay will be an added advantage.

Additional Information

Working Hours:

  • 8am to 5pm from Monday through Friday. 8am to 12pm on Saturdays.
