Job Responsibilities
A Private Medical Clinic Assistant in Singapore is responsible for a variety of administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. Key responsibilities include:
- Reception and Front-Desk Duties:
- Greeting and welcoming patients.
- Registering patients and updating their personal information.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar.
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Administrative Tasks:
- Managing patient files and records.
- Ordering and maintaining medical supplies and equipment.
- Coordinating with other healthcare providers and specialists as needed.
Qualifications Needed
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of the Singapore-Cambridge General Certification of Education at the Ordinary Level (O-Level).
- Higher NITEC in business Administration
Skills and Experience:
- At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is often preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin. Conversing in Malay will be an added advantage.

Additional Information
Working Hours:
- 8am to 5pm from Monday through Friday. 8am to 12pm on Saturdays.
