Job Summary
You will support front desk operations at our TCM Clinic by managing patient registrations, appointments, prescription preparation, billing, and maintaining hygiene standards to ensure smooth daily clinic functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient registrations and schedule appointments to optimize clinic workflow
- Prepare Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions accurately to support treatment plans
- Process billing and payments efficiently to maintain financial accuracy
- Maintain hygiene standards in the clinic to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient queries clearly and professionally
- Collaborate with TCM physicians to assist in patient care and clinic operations
- Support sales of clinic products and services by providing information and assistance to patients
- Perform additional operational duties as needed to support clinic functions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin to interact effectively with patients
- Basic oral and written communication skills for daily administrative tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt to clinic procedures and patient needs
- Open to both part-time and full-time work arrangements
