Key Responsibilities:
* Support the media buying team in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns mainly across Google, Meta, YouTube and TikTok.
* Assist with monitoring daily campaign performance and consolidating data for reporting and analysis.
* Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities.
* Learn and apply campaign management best practices under mentorship.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.

Requirements:
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
* At least 3 years experience in digital advertising, influencer marketing, marketing dashboards and/or data analysis is a plus.
* Basic understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising concepts.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with data and learning new tools.
