Scope of role:

The Media Executive will play a key role in supporting Managers to deliver brand and marketing initiatives, serving as an integral part of the planning process. You will collaborate with multiple local markets, ensuring alignment and consistency while addressing unique market needs. This role requires close coordination not only with media partners, but also with local market teams, cross-functional stakeholders within the network, and clients. You will help translate strategies into actionable market-level plans, facilitating effective communication, knowledge-sharing, and execution across diverse markets.

Reporting Structure:

On a day-to-day basis you will report to an Account Director and Account Managers to provide support to the day-to-day requirements.

You will be working with the trading community and other specialist services within the agency to deliver campaigns.

The Business Director will be ultimately responsible for the overall management of your workload and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Marketing team co-ordination and liaising with media vendors & creative agencies on media matters for the above brands and projects in-charge.

  • Support Managers in coordinating with multiple markets to ensure alignment with media strategies and frameworks.

  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing market updates, campaign learnings, and performance reports for regional review.

  • Help maintain and update guidelines, playbooks, and best practices to support local market execution.

  • Liaise with media partners to track partnership initiatives, gather opportunities, and prepare materials for knowledge-sharing with markets.

  • Facilitate communication between local markets and the team to ensure consistent implementation of strategies.

  • Support in organizing workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums.

  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documents for clients and internal stakeholders.
