Job Scope
- Plan and execute integrated paid media campaigns across social, search, display, and content discovery platforms to support organisational goals.
- Manage end-to-end campaign operations, including setup, budgeting, tracking, optimisation, and performance reporting.
- Drive content amplification through social media boosting strategies to maximise reach, engagement, and traffic.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance using data-driven insights, including A/B testing and multi-channel analysis.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting through analytics tools (e.g. GA4, GTM) and maintain clear documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align campaigns with strategic priorities and governance requirements.
Working Arrangement:
Salary: $4000 - $5000/Month
Duration: 1 Year
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (9am to 6pm) .may be required to work beyond regular hours as needed, and time off in lieu will be granted accordingly.

Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or related field, with 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads (Search & Display), and content discovery platforms.
Strong knowledge of ad operations, campaign management, and budget control across multiple campaigns.
Proficient in analytics and tracking tools (e.g. GA4, GTM) with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Excellent communication, organisational, and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in higher education, public sector, or agency environments.
Familiarity with lead generation campaigns, Looker Studio (or similar), and programmatic advertising.
Understanding of content marketing and working within structured governance environments.
