Mechatronics Engineer (Senior)

Key Responsibilities

. Lead installation, commissioning, and system integration activities

. Diagnose and resolve advanced mechanical, electrical, and control system issues

. Design, develop, and enhance automation and control solutions

. Program, modify, and optimize PLC and HMI systems

. Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering professional growth

. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success

. Support project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications

. Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline

. Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience

. Strong hands-on expertise in:

. Automation and control systems

. Electrical schematics and system integration

. Mechanical troubleshooting

. Proven experience in leading projects or managing small teams

. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

. Willingness to travel and support site-based assignments when required
