Mechanical Technician

Job Description:

• Perform installation, repair, and maintainance of machinery and equipment in the plant.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot machinery and perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Carry out general factory maintenance work as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records and documents manage changes and update the CMMS (plant maintenance systems).
• Ensure all duties are performed in accordance with company SOPs, safety rules, and regulations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor/ Management.

Requirements:

• O level/NTC/Nitec or equivalent
• Relevant experience in machine repair/maintenance
• 1 to 2 years working experience advantage if in process-plant maintenance.
• Comfortable with shift work.
• Able to perform hands-on repair work.
• Able to work on Jurong Island.
