Job Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, repair, overhaul, installation, troubleshooting, and alignment of pumps, motors, chillers, cooling towers, and other rotating equipment.
Dismantle, inspect, repair, reassemble, and test chilled water, condenser water, and centrifugal pumps, including replacement of bearings, mechanical seals, couplings, gaskets, sleeves, and wear rings.
Perform precision shaft alignment using laser alignment and dial indicators, including correction of soft foot and misalignment conditions.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on water-cooled and air-cooled chillers, including shaft seal replacement, equipment alignment, shutdown, overhaul, and commissioning activities.
Diagnose mechanical faults, conduct equipment inspections, prepare maintenance records, and ensure all work complies with safety, permit-to-work, risk assessment, and housekeeping requirements.

Job Requirements

Min Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
Min 2 years of experience in pumps, chillers, HVAC, or rotating equipment maintenance.
Hands-on experience in pump overhauls, bearing and mechanical seal replacement, shaft alignment, and use of precision measuring instruments.
Able to read mechanical drawings with good troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
