Job Description

Responsibilities

. Act as the primary operational pointof contact for assigned key and strategic customers.

. Build strong, trust-basedrelationships through proactive and professional engagement.

. Develop deep understanding of customerbusiness, applications, and buying behaviour to deliver tailored support.

. Manage quotations, sales orders, andchange requests, including complex and high-value transactions.

. Interpret and validate technicalrequirements such as part numbers, configurations, and specifications.

. Ensure accuracy, commercial alignment,and timely execution of all transactions.

. Own the full order lifecycle fromenquiry through delivery and after-sales support.

. Proactively monitor order status,delivery commitments, and potential risks.

. Drive resolution of fulfilment issuesto ensure customer expectations are met.

. Collaborate closely with Sales, SupplyChain, Finance, and other relevant teams to deliver seamless execution.
Take ownership of escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clearcommunication to customers.

. Support customer meetings, reviews,and joint engagements where required.

. Analyse customer data, trends, andbuying patterns to generate insights and support account development.

. Identify and drive improvements inprocesses, service levels, and customer experience.

. Ensure adherence to pricing policies,internal controls, and data integrity across CRM and ERP systems.

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in MechanicalEngineering or a related discipline is strongly preferred.

. Minimum 3 years of relevant experiencein customer-facing roles, with Key Account management experience, withinindustrial, engineering, or technical environments.

. Computer Skills: Proficient inMicrosoft 365 business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, andPower BI), CRM systems (HubSpotpreferred), SAP B1, and the ability to quickly learn business systemsand other software platforms as required.
