Job Summary
Lead project planning, coordination, and execution while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and client requirements across calibration-related projects. Act as the primary site liaison for client representatives and manage sub-contractor execution.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule site teams to optimize project workflow, balance resource allocation, and meet project deadlines.
- Coordinate and execute project activities to achieve defined objectives efficiently
- Supervise precision instrument calibration, instrument loop checks, temperature/pressure testing, and systems verification in line with international metrology standards.
- Author, lead, and enforce Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Task Risk Assessment (TRA) protocols across all site operations.
- Maintain ensure full compliance with environmental, quality and safety standards according to project specifications, requirements
- and plant safety regulations.
- Review and verify isometric drawings, and structural mechanical schematics prior to job commencement.
- Prepare punchlists and evaluate pipeline conditions to track project progress and quality.
- Direct and monitor specialized chemical cleaning, line flushing, hydro-testing, and purge procedures to strictly meet chemical and mechanical operational standards.
- Responsible for driving daily site operations, supervising multi-disciplinary field crews and subcontractors, and guaranteeing compliance with client specifications, quality management systems.
- Verify Non-Destructive Testing (NDT Level II/III requirements, radiography, UT, MPI) results against client specifications to guarantee piping and equipment structural integrity.
- Conduct pipeline condition evaluations, manage mechanical completions, generate comprehensive punch lists, and obtain final sign-offs from client management.
- Act as the primary site point of contact for client representatives, manage sub-contractor crews, facilitate Permits to Work (PTW), and lead daily toolbox meetings.
