Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures for mechanical components and assemblies.
- Conduct inspections and audits on incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Analyze quality data, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supplier teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and certifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical quality engineering or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical components, manufacturing processes, and quality standards such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
