Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test mechanical components, systems, and machinery.
- Create detailed engineering drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.)
- Analyze and improve existing mechanical designs for efficiency, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct thermal, stress, and fluid dynamics analysis to ensure product reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, production teams, and quality control departments.
- Oversee manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement preventive maintenance solutions.
- Conduct prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in mechanical engineering.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project presentations.
