Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor (Energy / Oil & Gas)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities at a key energy facility. You'll be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable operations of static and rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, valves, and loading arms. Key duties include overseeing contractors, troubleshooting equipment faults, planning preventive maintenance, and driving performance improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 8+ years in mechanical maintenance, preferably in oil & gas or petrochemical sectors
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of equipment standards, codes, and troubleshooting techniques
• Hands-on experience with pumps, compressors, piping, and valves
