Responsibilities
- Process all customer quotation by making competitive and clear business proposals
- Participate in customer visits and trade shows
- Maintain good working relationship with customers
- Maintain an up-to-date customer contact database
- Provide basic technical support to the customer
- Propose alternatives and participate in upselling when there is a need to
- Notified customer when there is delivery delays
- Follow up on quotes on a regular basis
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma / Higher NITEC in mechanical / mechatronics engineering or equivalent
- inside / pre-sales / sales support experience in any industry will be a plus
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques
- Writing sales proposal
- Comfortable working around kaki bukit / ubi area
- Work arrangement : 5 day work week at the moment in the office
